HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST

  1. Gather your materials: Get a flexible measuring tape. If you don't have one, you can use a string or a piece of ribbon and then measure it against a ruler.
  2. Find the right spot: Locate your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribcage. Stand up straight and relax your stomach muscles. Measure on bare skin.
  3. Wrap the tape around your waist: Hold one end of the measuring tape at your belly button and wrap it around your waistline. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and snug against your skin without being too tight or too loose.
  4. Take the measurement: Once the tape is wrapped around your waist, take note of the measurement where the end of the tape meets the rest of it. Ensure the tape is level all the way around your waist.
  5. Check the measurement: Record the measurement in inches not centimeters.
  6. Double-check for accuracy: For accuracy, measure your waist a couple of times to ensure consistency. If you're using a string, measure it against a ruler to get the exact measurement.

7. Now pick your waist bead size:  If you measured and got 34 inches, we suggest you add an inch. So your size in waist beads would be 35.

BEST PRACTICES FOR OUR WAIST BEADS

  •  Make sure to twist the clasp all the way so it doesn't loosen when wearing it.
  • Our waist beads can be worn in the shower, pool or beach. But with continual wear in those conditions may shorten the life span of the waist bead(s)
  • REMINDER: Check to see which gemstones are able to get wet.

• Best it stored in individual jewelry box, cotton cloth, or tissue wrap when not wearing.
