Due to the nature of this product and how it’s made we can not accept returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for getting the correct waist beads/anklet/body chain size. We are not responsible if a customer orders the wrong size. Please check the size chart for instructions on how to measure your waist and our video. We are not responsible.

We only offer repair service on waist beads with sterling silver clasps . If the waist beads without sterling silver clasps breaks you will have to buy another one.
