Due to the intimate nature of waist beads, anklets  and body chains, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Sizing

Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. To help ensure the best fit, we provide a detailed sizing chart and measurement tutorial video.

Repairs

We currently offer repair services on waist beads made with sterling silver clasps. If your piece requires repair, please contact us for assistance.

Waist beads made without sterling silver clasps are not eligible for repair services. In the event that one of these pieces breaks, a replacement purchase will be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
